Email support@calldrip.com and let them know about this change.
Calldrip cannot make these changes without the the vendor or CRM receiving permission.
There are two options to to give authentication.
Here are templates for both options for you to copy, paste, and send to support@calldrip.com.
Option one: Authenticate via Email
Calldrip Support,
(Our company) is (Switching CRMs, adding a new Lead Vendor, etc). I can give authentication for the (Lead vendor, CRM) via email. My email is (your email).

(Your name)
Note: These type of changes usually take about a week via Email. If there is less time the change can be made immediately via a conference call with Calldrip and the Lead Vendor or CRM. If this would be a better option please use this second template.
Option Two: Authenticate via Phone Call
Calldrip Support,
(Our company) is (Switching CRMs, adding a new Lead Vendor, etc). I will be available to join a conference call with Calldrip and (name of Lead Vendor or CRM) at (Time). The best number to reach me is (Your Number).
