      New Updates for April 2023

      New and Enhanced Features

      • Updated the notes section in the admin portal.
      • Adding a phone number is no longer required when creating/editing users.
      • Updated the email leads receive if Review Boost is turned on for an account.
      • Added the ability to use call duration as a parameter in Automations.
      • Account creation date and time can now be seen when viewing accounts in the Admin portal.

      Resolved Issues

      • Fixed an issue with coach notes.
      • Resolved the issue with users with the “Own Notifications” permission getting notifications for all users.
