      New Updates for April 21, 2021

      New and Enhanced Features

      • Account Alternate ID has been added to the Lead Data Export.
      • When viewing scoring groups in the Admin portal, users attached to the group are now shown.

      Resolved Issues

      • Issues with Caller ID in flow setup have been fixed.
      • Connected calls no longer show the Unavailable tag.
      • Updates have been made to user code in the BDC integrations.
      • Updates have been made to the User dropdown when scoring.
      • Issue with the Monthly Comparison report not loading has been resolved.
      • Lead Notification Caller ID has been updated when new accounts are created.
      • Updates have been made when purchasing dynamic numbers.
      • Incorrect inbound percentages on the dashboard have been fixed.
      • Issue with country code appearing twice has been resolved.
      • The Inbound Sources and Outbound Sources reports no longer throw errors.
      • Updates have been made to the lead sources filter in and organization view.
      • All accounts are now showing in the filter in the Monthly Comparison report.
