New and Enhanced Features

  • Two new Inbox notifications called Needs Assistance and Active Conversation.
    • Needs Assistance will be sent when the Virtual Assistant needs help.
    • The Active Conversation notification will be sent if a customer responds two or more times in 20 minutes, letting you know your lead is waiting.
  • Updated the outbound flows to automatically assign inbox conversations to the user who took the call.
  • Outbound flows have been updated to automatically assign inbox conversations to the user who took the call.

Resolved Issues

  • The source restrictions permission no longer shows the incorrect sources in the GET API and the Accounts report.
  • Fixed the issue with username validation on the EU server.
  • Fixed the issue with phone number validation when creating or editing a user.
