New Updates for December 21, 2022

New and Enhanced Features

  • The Activities page has replaced the Calls page with these features:
    • Text and phone conversations are now separate to gain better insight into your leads' activities.
    • A new Lead view allows users to quickly glance at leads and see the most recent activity, including calls, notes, and text conversations.
    • Quickly score and coach calls with the new and easy-to-use scoring and coaching views.
  • Updates to Inbound Flows include the following:
    • The look of Inbound Flows now matches Outbound Flows.
    • When selecting voicemail as the Final Destination, users can play a recording or have a message read to the caller.
    • The Play Recording option includes uploading a new sound or recording a sound while building the flow. 
    • Send automated text messages when a new lead comes in.
    • Customize inbound flows to have a greeting and multiple attempts.
    • Added the ability to report on missed calls.
  • Better AI insights on calls include sentiment analysis and better call transcriptions.
  • Users can now send Review Invites in different languages.

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved the issue with the Data Export notifications sending incorrectly.
  • Fixed a couple of bugs related to the Inbound and Outbound Sources reports.
  • The sensitive data permission no longer causes issues with scored calls.
  • Fixed the issue with overage texts.
  • Lead Source Restrictions no longer show extra data.
  • Fixed a couple of bugs related to the Scored Metrics report.
  • The issue with the tags colored grey not showing is fixed.
