      New and Enhanced Features

      • Updated the Inbound Sources report to show the percentage of unique callers per source.
      • The Missed Opportunities graph now displays the number of missed opportunities per user and account.
      • Click To Call was updated with the option to choose single or dual-party call recording.

      Resolved Issues

      • Fixed issues related to the activity page side panel.
      • Resolved the bugs when creating and saving a tag notification.
      • Fixed a couple of bugs related to the dashboard email report.
      • Removed the requirement to leave a coach note.
