# New Updates for January 2026

**New and Enhanced Features**

- **Automation Improvements:** Added voicemail capabilities to missed call automation workflows.
- **Expanded Connectivity:** Introduced new mobile app endpoints for enhanced functionality and began backend preparation for WhatsApp integration.
- **System Refinements:** Optimized the demo process and completed initial preparations for NADA 2026.

**Resolved Issues**

- **Reporting & Analytics:** Resolved display issues with Scorecard dashboard tiles, fixed the Comparison report, and addressed bugs in the Inbound source email report.
- **Communication Stability:** Fixed "click-to-call" (c2c) issues, resolved a bug where calls were attempted without a number, and corrected an issue where calls appeared to be "attempting/talking" incorrectly.
- **Platform Performance:** Fixed email parsing timeouts, data export bugs, and history log errors.
- **Regional & Permissions:** Resolved permission issues for Scorecard notifications and optimized performance for global users on the EU server.
