New and Enhanced Features

  • Added the ability to create inboxes as an easy way to move conversations from one department to another. 
  • The account name now appears under the Call Details section when scoring.
  • Added a new report that gives insight into how BDCs are performing.

Resolved Issues

  • Updated the data calculations on the Widget report.
  • Fixed a visual bug with inbox templates.
  • Decreased the widget file size to help loading times.
