New Updates for June 15, 2021

New and Enhanced Features

  • Percents are now in their own column in the CSVs.
  • The process for purchasing an inbound number has changed to be more user-friendly.
  • The source name now shows on the Forward Call Details integration.
  • Receive tag notifications during business hours, after business hours, or both.
  • A new option, Select All, is now available for reports and a few notifications that automatically selects all users and/or accounts even if more are added or deleted.

Resolved Issues

  • The issue with the Scoring email report not sending has been fixed.
  • Fixed the Chat With Us button on the Get Help page.
  • The problem with OEM form not adding accounts has been fixed.
  • Fixed the issue with combined first and last names and duplicate leads in Zoho.
  • Resolved the error received when deleting numbers assigned to an Outbound Flow as the Lead Notification Caller ID.
  • Fixed the issues relating to recording coach audio.
  • Fixed the issue of flows removing when updating Auto Attendants.
  • Fixed the issue when deleting sounds that are attached to Auto Attendants.
