New and Enhanced Features

  • Virtual assistants automatically follow up with customers using a personalized 45-day lead follow-up process.
  • Added a new recording option in the flow setup that will only record one side of the conversation.
  • Previous and deleted users are now in the Users report.
  • Updated the default permission templates for managers and agents.
  • Added additional columns to the account and user data exports.
  • Updated the DealerSocket integration to add appointments set by the virtual assistant and event updates.
  • Added more data points to the GET API.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed some issues with the Users page loading slowly.
  • Resolved the issue with the filter on the activity page.
  • Fixed the issue with inbound calls showing outbound call statuses.
  • Resolved a couple of bugs in the scored email notification.
