# New Updates for June 2025
### **New and Enhanced Features**
- A new "Click to Call" option has been added to the dropdown menu in the comparison report for enhanced usability.
- The Customer VIP service visual has been removed from the site and replaced with the Virtual Assistant.
- The internal admin homepage now defaults to display accounts instead of the dashboard for improved navigation.
- The checkmark state in the inbox remains static when multiple selections are made, streamlining the user experience.
- An active/inactive account status feature has been introduced to support number registration.
- An update to Laravel has been implemented.
- An email address field has been incorporated into the personalization token for enhanced customization.
- Notifications have been improved for better user engagement.
- Reports have been optimized to process high volumes of data more rapidly.
### **Resolved Issues**
- The happiness score adjustment now prevents negative percentages from appearing in the table.
- The virtual assistant has been updated to avoid responding to duplicate messages or images individually.
- A resolution has been implemented for users with proper authorization who were previously unable to delete other users.
- An issue where outbound flows did not save if the account lacked an attached phone number while selecting the phone option has been fixed.
- The personalization bug within flows has been addressed.
- The "Needs Assistance" feature has been optimized to prevent multiple notifications from being sent.
- Improvements have been made to enhance user page load speed.
- The contact duplication issue has been resolved.
- The virtual assistant will no longer provide responses in military time.
- A bug affecting the virtual assistant's instructions has been corrected.
- Adjustments to the virtual assistant report now display all conversations the VA has interacted with.
- Import updates have been improved for better performance.
