      New and Enhanced Features

      • Added year next to month names in comparison report.
      • Added permission to block users from adding tags to calls.
      • Duplicate numbers are not allowed to be added to contacts anymore.
      • Score percentage added to scored details in email reports.
      • Multiple scorecard report-scorecards are now broken up within reports instead of aggregating the data into one.
      • Broadcasts-mass texting functionality was released for internal testing.
