      New and Enhanced Features

      • Updates have been made to www.calldrip.com, including new logos.
      • Updates have been made to the UK source labels.
      • The ability to see if the user, who took the call, has listened to the coach audio has been added on the scorecard and the Call Information page.
      • Updates have been made to the VIP Customer Contact and DealerSocket integrations.

      Resolved Issues

      • The Last Connected Call on the Users page now matches the Calls page.
      • The issue with the parsing email template starting before the name of the lead has been fixed.
