      New and Enhanced Features

      • The character limit on usernames has been updated.
      • Updates have been made to Mexican numbers.
      • Updated website security.
      • Added Traver Connect setup.

      Resolved Issues

      • Issues with Lead Notification Caller ID have been resolved.
      • Receiving a 500 error when viewing the Users Performance Report has been fixed.
      • The sizing issue with the new logos has been fixed.
      • Issues with users seeing data for accounts they are not attached to has been fixed.
      • Users without permission can no longer listen to other user's calls on the Scored Metrics report.
      • 500 errors should no longer occur when scoring.
      • The scoring page no longer loads calls if the account is out of weekly allowed scored calls.
      • The issue with submitting a scored call with an incorrect email address has been fixed.
