      New Updates for May 2023

      New and Enhanced Features

      • Calldrip’s Virtual Assistant will help you engage with your shoppers, nurture your leads, score calls, and provide coaching insights.
      • Updated parsing to include additional fields.
      • The VinSolutions integration now includes lead assignment.
      • Updated the User Fails table in the admin portal to show the call statuses.

      Resolved Issues

      • Fixed an issue with the Zapier integration.
      • Fixed the issue with the activity page loading slowly and the data not matching the dashboard.
      • There is no longer a 500 error when deleting phone numbers.
      • Removed the phone number requirement when creating/editing users in the admin portal.
      • Inactive accounts are no longer receiving reporting emails.
