New And Enhanced Features

  • New OEM User Type: A new user type has been created in order to view the data within Calldrip at an OEM level.
  • Update Reporting Trait with OEM: The centralized functions have been updated to include all reporting logic and data points at the OEM level.
  • Goal vs Goal Tag: All the places where the goal tag for the account/organization cannot be shown have been updated to say "Goal".
  • Is goal: Updating the way the goal is marked in the backend to allow for better reporting.
  • Sensitive Data Permission: When turned on, the lead's name, phone number, email address, and any notes associated with the call becomes anonymous.
  • Add hyperlinks to organization and OEM reports: When viewing certain reports at an organization or OEM level, clicking on the account name will redirect the page to that same report for that account.
  • Add Dashboard at OEM Level: The dashboard has been added at the OEM level.
  • Add Calls page at OEM Level: The Calls page has been added at the OEM level to see all the calls from all your accounts in one place.
  • Add Accounts report at OEM Level: The Connected, Scored, Calls, Call Duration, Response Time, and Missed Opportunities Accounts reports have been added at the OEM level.
  • Add Users reports at OEM Level: The Connected, Scored, Calls, Call Duration, Response Time, and Missed Opportunities Users reports have been added at the OEM level.
  • Add Outbound Sources report at OEM and organization level
  • Add Inbound Sources report at OEM and organization level
  • Add Monthly Comparison report at OEM Level
  • Add Customer Happiness report at OEM Level
  • Add Calls By Medium report at OEM Level

  • Display coached calls on Calls page: The coached tag has been added to the calls page when a call has been coached.
  • Select multiple lead sources: The ability to select multiple lead sources and assign them to a different flow has been added to next gen.
  • Lead source tagging backend: The backend has been updated to handle lead source tagging.
  • Layout of table headings: The table headings have been modified to look a little better on smaller screens.
  • Unavailable Column on Outbound Sources: Unavailable has been removed from Not Called and moved to its own column.
  • Dashboard Email Report: The dashboard email report has been updated to match the new dashboard.
  • Lead Source Tagging: Tags can now be added to lead sources to improve reporting on an organization and OEM view.
  • Users page and OEMs: OEM users can now go to the Users page to create, edit, and delete users from specific accounts.

Resolved Issues

  • Accounts Email Reports: The Web Leads, Inbound, and Click To Call Accounts email reports have been updated to include both during and after hours numbers.
  • Account Filter Bug: The issue of still seeing all users when filtering by an account on the Users report has been fixed.
  • Account Report Columns: The data has been put back in the correct columns.
