New And Enhanced Features
- Display Account Name and ID: The account ID is now displayed anywhere the account name is displayed.
- Scoring Queue Updates: The "Do Not Process" link, tooltips with the descriptions of the tags, and adding the "Other" tag to the alerts dropdown have been added when scoring a call. Scoring priority updates and new filters have been added to the scoring queue.
- Adding Tool Tips to Reports: Tool tips have been added to a couple reports to give clarification to the new data points added to Calldrip.
