      New Updates for November 16, 2021

      New and Enhanced Features

      • Added new columns to the Scoring History CSV.
      • Users can now add notes to a call from the calls page or the call information page.
      • New Engage updates include new icon options along with the ability to have the greeting message always show.
      • Users can now send images and videos through the Calldrip Inbox.

      Resolved Issues

      • Fixed the issue with searching phone numbers on the Calls page.
      • There is no longer an issue with sending the same file twice in the inbox.
