      New Updates for September 14, 2021

      New and Enhanced Features

      • Added additional speed options when listening to a call recording.
      • Included calls with the call status of busy to the Users Response Time report.

      Resolved Issues

      • Impersonating a user and listening to their coach audio no longer marks the audio as listened.
      • Parsing no longer pulls the word "start" as part of the lead's name.
      • Fixed the time zone error in email parsing.
      • Resolved the issue with sounds not working on inbound flows in the Netherlands.
      • The User Data Export now shows the correct number of coach audio listens.
