Have you heard about our Review Boost feature?
This feature is currently included with your subscription and has been built to help boost the amount of Google Reviews you receive from your customers.
With Review Boost enabled, your customers will receive the following short survey after they have connected with one of your representatives through a Calldrip call:
Once they click on one of the emoji's that reflects their experience, they will be prompted to leave their comments.
If they select that they had a bad experience, they will be prompted to leave a internal private comment that will appear within your Calldrip dashboard.
If they select that they had a great experience, they will be prompted to following screen to leave a review on your Google Review page.
To enable this feature, you will first want to confirm you have a profile picture and agent bio for each of your agents. To complete this, navigate to My Agents and then edit each agent to add a profile picture and agent bio. Once you have completed these steps for each of your agents follow these steps to enable the Review Boost feature:
- Navigate to the small person icon in the top right of your account and click on the dropdown.
- Click "My Account"
- Click "Power-Ups"
- Click "Review Boost"
- Check the "Enable Google Review" box.
- Type your Business Name in the "Enter a Location" field to locate your Google PlaceID.
- Click "Enable"
